The purchase of any vacation package or other services constitues a contractual agreement and constitutes you acknowledgement that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to follow and be bound by them. Therefore, please make sure that you have carefully read and understood these Terms and Conditions before making your purchase. Norse Global reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you,therefore, we urge you to read them carefully each time you purchase any vacation package or other services.
Trip Deposits A deposit of 50% of the trip cost is required in order to confirm a booking. The deposit is due within 15 days of reserving space on any trip. A late deposit cancell your reservation. Deposit may be made by check or credit card (Visa or Master Card). Your authorisation to use your credit card number for deposit and/ or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorisation of your credit card confirms your reservation.
Paying your balance for the people travelling on the commercial flights, the balance of your trip cost is due 90 days prior to departure. A late payment may impact the ticketing deadlines. Your balance due may be paid by check, money order or credit card in US dollars. If final payment is not received when due, Norse Global reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Prices in this listing are per person, quoted in US dollars.
Cancellation & Refund Policies If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be: (91 days prior trip start $200.), (61-90 days prior trip start 25% of trip price), (31-60 days prior trip start 50% of trip price), (0-30 days prior trip start no refund).
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Air transport cost and flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Since we cannot exercise direct control over these organisations Norse Global accepts no responsibility for extra cost and loss of time that may occur.
On the rare occasions when Norse Global must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. If Norse Global should cancel a trip within 45 days of departure due to low enrolment, you will receive a full refund.
Norse Global is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets. Guests who fail to provide signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risk" and personal information forms prior to trip departure will not be allowed to join the trip and the cancellation policy applies.
Norse Global will not be responsible or liable for damages or injury to participants or personal property. In view of the above, all person who reserve with Rapid Lake Lodge Inc. completely accept, by implication, all conditions as described in this document.
